Can anyone tell me how to view my own posts. I’m missing replying to comments because I’m not seeing them. Thank you.

also how do you go back when using on your phone? I go to notifications, clock one and then can’t get back to where I was without going through notifications again.

Can anyone give me advice on notifications. I had turned off too many so wasn’t getting notifications when someone commented on my photos. Now I’m getting notifications when everyone comments on every post, including when I reply to comments on my own posts. Is there some middle ground?
